We now have Publix scan cards for the band. Just have them scan your card when you shop.  It is good at any Publix except in Florida. Remember to get your scan cards through the Band Boosters, not the school. You may pick up as many as you need. Don’t forget to get them for family, friends, and neighbors. Thank you for your support.

 

We are now registered at goodsearch.com.  This is a search engine powered by Yahoo.  When you use it, you look up Ooltewah High Band Boosters.  Each time we use it, they will give us about 1.3 cents.  Not much, but it will add up.  You can also use their shopping line and we make a percentage of that as well.

Shop online at GoodShop.com and a percentage of each purchase will be donated to our cause! More than 600 top stores are participating including Amazon, Target, Staples, Best Buy and more!

        Fundraising starts off with a bang this year with coupon book sales, and GLScrips cards.  There will be more fundraising opportunities to come. All these fundraisers are not only a great source of revenue for the band, they are also a great value for the band supporter that purchases them. As you may know, the band is completely self sufficient and gets no funding from the Hamilton County Dept. Of  Education. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

      Fundraising is a very important and integral part of our band program. Money that is raised dictates the exposure our band and  community will get as well as which competitions the band will be able to compete in. With every ones help, this year promises to be very exciting for the band members as well the community. Once again this year the band promises to be nothing less than spectacular. The Ooltewah band is Nationally known and well respected. Lets keep this tradition alive and well by helping sponsor the band any way you can.

We now have Bi-Lo gift cards available for purchase. These may be purchased at each booster meeting. Bi-Lo will give back 4% of the total dollar amount of the card. This will be credited to your child’s band account. Don’t forget to ask friends and family if they would like to purchase a gift card also.

 Our largest fundraising project kicks off August 18th. This promises to be   a very good opportunity to raise a lot of cash for the band and a good chance to put a lot of cash in some ones pocket. Only 300 tickets are to be sold so everyone has a good chance to win. Steve Ray of Midnight Oil who everyone in the community knows is a great supporter of everything Ooltewah has graciously donated 100 gallons of gas for another prize to some lucky winner. Another great supporter of ours Bi/Lo has donated a $100 gift card and Weed Man Lawn Service has donated $100 worth of lawn service.
